Returns and Exchange

  1. All items are subject to Return and Exchange except for: Electronics, Software, Video Games, Smartphone found with a manufacturing defect.
  2. Return and exchange services are available if products are in their original condition with the original packaging and original invoice.
  3. If returned item was sold with a promotion, customer must return the promotion item in original condition when purchased or price of promotion will be deducted from refund amount.
  4. Return is within 3 days and exchange is within 7 days of the date of purchase for purchases from showrooms.
  5. Return is within 3 days and exchange is within 7 days of the date of delivery for purchases from website.
  6. For online orders, accepting shipment from shipping company declares acceptance of customer that the shipment is in good condition and without any damages.
  7. Customer must visit any Global Inside showroom for Returns and Exchange.

 

Immediate Defective Items Replacement

  • Global Inside Ltd will replace devices with a manufacturing defect (non-software) with a similar item within 3 days of the purchase date in the following case:
  1. Device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse..
  2. Original packaging along with the box, user manuals and accessories must be returned with the device.
  3. A technical report from the Authorized Service Center might be required prior to replacement.
