Returns and Exchange
- All items are subject to Return and Exchange except for: Electronics, Software, Video Games, Smartphone found with a manufacturing defect.
- Return and exchange services are available if products are in their original condition with the original packaging and original invoice.
- If returned item was sold with a promotion, customer must return the promotion item in original condition when purchased or price of promotion will be deducted from refund amount.
- Return is within 3 days and exchange is within 7 days of the date of purchase for purchases from showrooms.
- Return is within 3 days and exchange is within 7 days of the date of delivery for purchases from website.
- For online orders, accepting shipment from shipping company declares acceptance of customer that the shipment is in good condition and without any damages.
- Customer must visit any Global Inside showroom for Returns and Exchange.
Immediate Defective Items Replacement
- Global Inside Ltd will replace devices with a manufacturing defect (non-software) with a similar item within 3 days of the purchase date in the following case:
- Device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse..
- Original packaging along with the box, user manuals and accessories must be returned with the device.
- A technical report from the Authorized Service Center might be required prior to replacement.
